[Resolved]  Times Of India Daily News Paper — Irregular delivery

I have paid Rs.145 for six months Times of India during its promotional campaign on 22nd Aug 2009.

The delivery system was so poor that i could not get one week's daily without interruption untill now

When ever i register a complaint to the TOI off. the standard reply was "we will look in to in to the matter and do the needfull., or please contact your local distributor.

Now a days as i have lost patience to complain i have reconciled to buy the Hindu news paper from the new stall when ever i dont receive the TOI, instead of wasting my time for complaining. Prior to this I am a regular subscriber of The Hindu news paper since last 5 years with no complaint. It is surprising that an establishment like TOI is clueless in solving the complaint of a customer from whom a six month subscription has been collected in advance under the name of a Dhamaka offer.
