Times Of India & Mail Today — late/erratic delivery & arrogant attitude

I/my household has lived life with Times of india. We loved it as our family member when a new entrant " Mail Today " was also introduced to our family a few years back. We stay in Sarita Vihar ( F-217 ), New Delhi since 1992. The vender Sanjay - Vijay have been effectively making deliveries till recently. But it seems that the vending agency has lately changed hands resulting in late deliveries invariably after 8 AM daily.First week of Jan. Sh. Vijay came to our door with your local area sales executive ( for Mail Today ) when issue of late deliverie was pressed before them, Sh. Vijay tried to provide a solace that issue of late deliveries would be taken care by the vender. Further one month has passed and deliveries continue to be after 8 AM. Today, the delivery boy while putting the news paper could be again spoken to on the same issue. He not only claimed to Sanjay, the vender but was also rude that papers are coming from your end late and nothing can be done. Where as contrary to fact I had noticed other delivery boys going on their bicycles for the delivery in the colony during my morning walk around 6.30 AM. Sh. Sanjay refused to accept this and told his assistant to stop delivery to my place from tomarrow. I explained to him that the vender Sanjay - Vijay has already recieved payment for both the news papers in advance ( Times up to March 2010 and Mail up to April 2011) and he can not stop deliveries just because he do not want to make it little early in the morning.

I do hope and trust that the above shall recieve your due and immediate attention so that any of said like irresponssible vendors is not allowed to tarnish the image of TIMES GROUP. Please send your remdial action in my mail or on mobile [protected] so that I/my household is not deprived of our love for THE TIMES.
