I am S Ram from chennai, being one of the subscriber of times of india coupon, wanted to complain about the extremely disappoiting service and don't bother attitude of times of india group which deploys people for collecting subscritions and declare victory as if No :1 news paper without even having the simple commitment of ensuring the process down the line for the customers.I am not getting the new paper and several agents in & around does not want to accept the coupon as they are not getting their commission.

The so called group don't bother about any thing at the ground level & see the customers as fools after collecting the subscription for the annual mode...it is Disgusting to be subscriber of this kind of news paper which has to correct itself before writing about others. And it is high time to stop collecting the subscription to avoid other customers suffer.
