Dear Sir, Sub: Loss of the monthly Coupons

I am a subscriber of your valued paper since its inception from April 14th 2008. I have paid for six months and had obtained the coupons. I am extremely sorry to inform that I had misplaced the same. My agent is Ms. SRIRAM NEWS AGENCY, THIRUVANMIYUR CHENNAI 41. Their office address is
C4 TTTI Staff Qrts GANDHI MANDAPAM ROAD CHENNAI 25 and are in need of the coupons so that they will be getting the prescribed commission. I request your good offices to reconsider the matter and issue me duplicate coupons or make direct arrangement with the news agent to get his commission. My cheque no.937646 paid on 23/2/08 for Rs.170 Bank of Baroda SIET Branch is the only authoristion I have. They are delivering the paper regularly. Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks

This is Ramesh working in State Government. I have subscribed for Times of India for one year. But, I was told by your agent who visited on 17.6.2010 that the papers will be supplied through the existing agency from whom I am getting The Hindu daily. But, to my surprise another agent appeared today and collected all my documents including the coupons leaving a contact number of one Thiru Bala saravanan who was stated to be the agent for Times of India. But even the said number left me with puzzle since it contains only nine digits. I do not know, whether I am going to get paper regularly. This kind of attitude will reflect on your reputation. My address is No.6/15, 14th Street, Arumbakkam, Chennai-600 106. Don't you engage persons atleast with a little knowledge?
