I jay Shankar Prasad. I have been your newspaper(TIMES OF INDIA) customer since from 2008 . As my renew time has come closer and the subscription time had ended on 29/02/2012. But No representative of yours has visited till now to me and not even made call to me. I am eagerly waiting for it. Kindly look into this matter so that I may carry on with your newspaper service or I have to look other newspaper company for the yearly package.
