[Resolved]  Timesjobs.com — NON COMPLIANCE OF ANY SERVICE TILL DATE

Order NO.RZ 171480, I have paid Rs. 1319/- on 14/08/2010 for resume zapper but more than 1year past not a single reply from their end or any kind of so called service has been received .Before receiving my amount there were so many telephone calls to motivate me for opting this service from their executives but after receiving the amount they maintained a long silent.So many times I talked to their customer care but they are not able reply me. E-mails also not reachable to them as I have tried but always shows system failure. I do not understand what type of services they actually provide?
In view of above, I request please refund my amount as NOTHING HAS BEEN for me and further I do not require any sort of service
