Timesjobs.com — paid for job offers

Sir,

I have paid Rs1350/- to get premium job offers from the websites Timesjobs.com for which they have sent me a receipt email but its been 6 month and nothing at all i have received any job offers and when i tried to talk to the company they only say when ever they get any thing close to my job profile they will send me the email.
i am really fed up with this kind of torture. It is my humble request kindly do something for this.
