Timtara — Non delivery of

I had ordered via timtara online service (www.timtara.com) 1 x Panasonic NI L700 SS Iron on 13th of December 2011 (Order No. :[protected] and while ordering the customer care executives[protected] / +91 [protected]) of Timtara told me that they will ship the product in 8-10 days but till today they have not shipped my product as well as when i tried calling to their customer care executive people ,they are not picking up my call.

I have already made the payment using my credit card(Rs 3,623)

Now the timtara customer care executives are asking me to give a complaint against them,Since they are not worried about it

Please help me in getting my money refunded.
