I have requested for cancellation of Order # 10332094 on 26 October, as per customer care executive. Reason for cancellation being they could not deliver the product in 5 weeks while the expected delivery date being 3 weeks.
When i try to reach your executives for getting an update about cancellation, I always get a constant reply "Your order will be cancelled in 24-48 hours and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team" .
Its been more than two weeks that order was requested for cancellation, and still the order isn't cancelled.
Requesting your immediate attention for the cancellation of order(Money transferred to my account) and provide me the correct update. Hoping for a quick response. Was this information helpful? |
