Dear sir/Ma'M,

I ordered philips home theatre 5.1 with speaker - dsp2500 + DVD player dvp 3608 on[protected] from timtara.Com.

My order ID: 10134513
complaint ID: 14007

generally, it takes 8-10 days to get it delivered. Today, it is about 25 days passed, still they have not shipped my order.

When I call to customer care, they always give me new complain number and not giving proper resolution.

If we want to speak to senior person, they do not pass the phone to them nor even provide any responsible person's contact details.

Finally, I got contact number of mr. Raja who is working in product dispatch department. I tried to contact him many times through mails, but he is also not replying properly.

Currently, I am in a situation where no one is replying to me either or phone or mails.

I also asked to cancel and provide me full refund. But, they are not responding.

I contacted more than 10 times through phone and email also, but it seems that all care less people are working there.

Timtara is never recommended seller and I would not recommend anyone to do online shopping from this site. This is my worst online shopping experience so far in my life. There are so many other e-commerce sites which are providing very well services, but do not ever go with timtara for online shopping.

When we call to customer care for order status, instead of sorry or apology, they are always giving excuses!!!!!

Product not received yet from timtara.com
I have ordered for philips men grooming kit qg3250 on 24th dec. And its been more than 15 working days from the order given. But i have not received any material yet. I receved a confir ation email showing 8-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but its really hard to reach them. Customer care executive says it will be despatched in 1-2 days. But status is showing awaiting shipment from last 15 days. Please help in refund of my money. I think they are cheating every customer

After completing one month still my shipement has not been deliver to me. I am tried 100 times to your customer care they also give me new complaint number, and refuse to give the phone line senior person of their depatment, Once I contact Ms. Hemani on[protected], she also promise me within 24 Hrs, it will be done, but she failed . I also asked to cancel and provide me full refund. But, they are not responding.

I would not recommend anyone to do online shopping from this site. This is my worst online shopping experience
