Timtara.com — Delay in Cancellation - No Refund | |||
Hi, I had ordered Skull Candy Up rocks Headphones (Blue-Black color) on[protected] through my Credit Card for Rs 1439/- . My Order ID is 10296708. It had been more than a month now and my product was still awaiting shipment. I had received no calls form Customer Care whatsoever about failure of delivering the product on time (which was given within 3 weeks on their website). They sounded totally clueless when I made innumerable calls to them complaining about non-delivery of product. They would not let me speak to their superiors saying that it is against company policy to let us talk to them and that they were busy on calls. All they said was that the "Issue has been escalated to the back-end team and you will hear from us within the next 48 hours." This happened almost every 3-4 days for 3 weeks. My complaints to them went unnoticed as they have turned a deaf ear towards it. When I got frustrated I mailed their CCO (Customer Care Officer) on 18th August about my grievance to escalate the issue but to no help. I have been waiting ever since for his reply. I finally sent out a "CANCELLATION REQUEST" on their website on 21st August which was supposed to be processed within 48 hours. I haven't received any call or notification on the same. I as a customer have been mentally frustrated by their attitude and negligence, not to mention the loss of my money. Thus, I had no option but to post this on the consumer forum so that you could help me resolve this issue by taking up a case against "Timtara.com" and suing them for their unprofessional behaviour and grievances caused to the customer. When i try to reach your executives for getting an update about cancellation, I always get a constant reply "Your order will be cancelled in 24-48 hours and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team" .
Its been more than two weeks that order was requested for cancellation, and still the order isn't cancelled.
Requesting your immediate attention for the cancellation of order(Money transferred to my account) and provide me the correct update. Hoping for a quick response.
