Timtara.com / Juicer Mixer — Order not shipped even after 12 days

Dear Sir,

I had placed an online Order # 10213628 on timtara.com for a juicer mixer 12-13 days ago, making full payment 2499/- through credit card, since then the status of my order is Awaiting Shipment on their site.
I have tried to contact them on their given contact number Support:[protected]:30AM - 6:30PM) but this number is busy 24*7, even I have send them multiple emails on" [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com " but haven't got any reply from any of them.

As per the invoice the maximum time for delivery is 10-15 days which is ending very soon,
I just wan't to know that if order doesn't get delivered within the max. of 15 days timeline,for how much amount I should sue them for all this mess up in consumer court?

PROFESSIONAL JUICER — not delivered after taking payment

I ordered a professioal juicer on 5th may 2010 through shopping india times. they told me that it will be delivered in a week. after a week some parcel came to me. i thought it is juicer and hence i gave the full payment to courier man. later i noticed that it was the apple cutter etc. in that parcel and juicer was mossing. all these apple cutter etc were free with professional juicer. i immediately called at costomer care and they told me to wait for 6 working days. since then i have called them many times but i dint recieved my product yet. therefore i request you to kindly take notice of this unprofessional approach of concerned company and do needful.
i will be thankful to you.
