Hi All,
I have ordered “Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V” Mobile Phone from Timtara.com on 19th of March. They have changed the status as Awaiting Shipment on 20th March and till date[protected] it’s same. The customer care numbers they have provided does not respond and if any how after calling 20 times they connect, call disconnects after 2 minute.
If this kind of response is for getting info on shipment of product I don’t know much effort will be required for refund of money which is 15K.
Can anyone help me on this?
