Timtara.com — Product not delivered no amount refunded

We would like to bring you notice on one thing that in todays cyberworld we required some legisation system to have control on frud online shopping websites which are taking advantage of hide faces from customer.



Lets start one story of my friend,



We have purchased a external hard disk from this timtara.com (order No[protected]. Usually I am the one who shops from trusted websites like ebay etc... . but from the webpage of gosf.in I came to know about this and from there I ordered the hard disk.



After two weeks of order placed I enquire about delivery then they told me that It will take 3 week time to shipping the product. My first catch came here generally If you have stock of product then it will take maximum 3 days to shipp and within week it can be delivered to you . On safer side you can have 3 week maximum duration which includes your safety limit of shipping time and all. My product is fast selling one and also I lived in Ahmedabad so shipping or stock issue should not be there.



Then I checked review on the net and found that this website is know for delay and not delivery of online order.

But as I alrady have paid the amount I have to wait for 3 weeks then only I can take any action. So I have waited till 01/01/2012 and then I asked for refund my entire amount but till date I have not received amount.



So I had taken few steps

1) Logged Complaints against this website on National Consumar Helpline ( Docket No[protected] &[protected].

2) Any website and magazine who have pramoted timtara.com please share this news which users not to use this website.

3) I have informed my collegues and friends that please not use this website. ( timtara.com ).



What I need from this website is

1 - timely delivery of product odered (As mentioned in http://www.timtara.com/pages/Shipping-and-Returns.html) also some punishment for non-delivering or delay in product

2 - Correct status by customer care executives ( I called atleast 10 times but not a single satisfactory answer )

3 - Higher authority mail address and direct call no as it is necessary because calcelltion of order routs outside customer care area they dont know the status.
