Timtara.com — timtara.com not cancel my order

I had made a payment of Rs. 7038/- through Axis bank credit card as on 12th dec. 2012 towards online purchase of product-BSNL Penta 802c from timtara.com.

Order id of this order is 10161343

In order confirmation mail (copy attached) delivery time given was 3 weeks, but still despite completion of 3 week time, product has not been delivered by vendor and order status as on 13th of Jan., 2013 is being shown as “awaiting shipment”.on janvary2nd i cancel my order.my compalint no is:62448,till now i not receiving any conformation

I also called Timtara.com customer care no. of times regarding this to provide me some concrete information but unfortunately they have also not been able to provide me some proper reply other than to suggest me for waiting and keep patience.

Please help me
