Timtara — Money not been refunded

I have purchased the below order from timtara on Feb 20th , till april 20th i did not received the order so i cancelled that .
today is 20th june but my money has not been refunded. I have complained for the same through mails and calls many times but nothing has been done yet .

Please help me out to get my money back .
