Timtara (Online Forum) — No product received till now,even after payment is made

I had booked an order for 1 x Panasonic NI L700 SS Iron on www.timtara.com on 13th December 2011. My order number was 10145869 and delivery time mentioned was 8-10 days.
After 7 days, I reminded them by email that my order is still showing as Awaiting Shipment, and I got a reply its in process and will be delivered within the stipulated time i.e 8-10 days.
After 10 days I tried to call their numbers,[protected] was busy or they did not bother to pick up and [protected] was switched off. I then emailed them reminding 10 days are over, they gave vague replies like it will take another 8 more days for shipment. I did not accept these vague replies and took help of this forum to let my complaint be heard.
After repeated emails, and after 20 days, when I tried contacting them,They are disconnecting my call and there is no reply from there end.

Please help me in getting my money back
