Timtara — order not completed

I have palaced below order on 9th feb,

actually timtara supposed to complete my order on 1st of march
then they postponed to 7th march
then they requested for 3 more days
& today is 12 march then also I hava not got my order.
Also there customer care executive also not picking up call.
What should I do?
