Timtara — regarding non shipment

i have order whirlpool fridge in www.timtara.com on 25/Aug/12.. after five days then mentioned order status as awaiting for shipment .. still now its same.. when i contact the customer care they say they will send or refund amount in 20 days.. when i review the website onile mostly they mentioned as its a fraud company...

I think...Timtara are do another business with Customer money. which amount refund process 2 months. from They total money get high interest from other financial companys.That means they get interest of two months with customers money
