Timtara.com — Cheating in Delivery or refund

I have place an order on[protected] x Andis BTB 14-Piece Cordless Personal Trimmer (Black) via order no. 10298760 till date I have not received my product or money for this I have submitted many times complaint on timtara they told that in next 48 hours your problem will be solved but till date there will be no response from their side. Finally 27 august 2012 I call them refund my money for this they told that within 6 days my money will be refunded, but position is still same. Please help me how can I refund my money.
