Timtara.com — for refund

I am aruna dixit .I have place an order for videocon television from “timtara.Com” on 12th october 2012. The order no is “10337942”. He was said that the product delivered with in 3 weeks .3 weeks are completed but product was not delivered then I was cancelled the order and requesting for refund but till the time no action taken by timtara.Com I have paid “14999rs”. Please help me.
