from 1and1/2 month not refunding

Hello Support

I had ordered two product from timtara.com but after two days i had cancelled the order

according to their policy if i cancel the order before shipment they will refunfd my whole money

but irrespective of that they had not refunded my 2406/- Rupees

will you please suggest me what to do for this matter
