[Resolved]  TNSTC — Booked tickets through TNSTC login and unable to cancel the tickets

I have booked tickets in tnstc through my login on[protected]. one ticket for Trichy-Chennai travel on 6th september (PNR no T5537182) and two more tickets for Chennai-Trichy travel on 9th september (PNR no B5537323). Now i want to cancel both my tickets. Once i logged in to my account... There is no booking history of the 3 tickets i booked. It says no valid tickets available to cancel. I have those tickets in hand.. When i called the customer care toll free number [protected] no one responded for the call... I called the reservation center at CMBT... they also did not respond properly and asked me to call the tool free number again which is useless. Plz don go for tnstc. Rasika Karunakaran
