Hi,
This is with regard to one consignment that was to receive (AWB No.[protected]. It was with your Pune office on 4th May, and unfortunately I have not received this delivered till date. I have called up your customer care and also Pune office at least 10 times in last 1 week and have asked them to deliver the same. Everytime I call them ,they say that they will deliver it today, but it is never delivered. They said that they don't have correct address and phone number, which I had provided to them last week only. After that, I have called them up again for delivering the same, but they don't do it for reasons unknown to me. Today they told me that there are some octrio charges of Rs. 207/- that I need to pay. I agreed to pay it and they confirmed that they would deliver it today only. But again, to my disstisfaction, this has not been delivered.
I am surprised to see the kind of mismanagement in organization like TNT, which is known worldwide. Giving false promises to the customers appears to be in every employee's blood. This was just to bring to your notice that the customers are treated badly at grass root level and TNT should justify the kind of money that are being charged by them for their services.
