Dear Readers, i was approached by Mr. Rahul from Today holiday Solutions who has given us package of Rs. 9000/- for 4 People ( 2 Adults and 2 childrens) for 4 nights and 5 days at manali and 2 nights and 3 days at dalhousi from 4th June to 11 th June 2012 at 4 star hotel. We, 12 people were booked against the same and transferred Rs. 16000/- as prepayment. We have given complete assurances regarding availability of hotels, stay and sight seen within same package. But after deposition of money on 21st May. Till date there is no hotel confirmation given as well as various other people started talking regarding unavailability of hotels and showing a clear cut case of Fraud and misrepresentation of things to the customer. I am putting this forward through this site to make aware about Today holiday solutions misrepresenting behaviour towards customers by taking money and not providing booking till date.
If still Today holiday solutions does not revert to me with complete booking by end of Day as detailed before i will surely raise these concern to all important legal dept to question the Right of customer in case of misrepresentation of such Tourism company.. And also the physical and mental trouble i m facing from the behaviour of India Holiday solutions people.
