[Resolved]  Today Holiday Solutions — I need my refund

My name is Rahul . I received a call in 1st week of august from Today Holiday Solutions(http://www.todayholiday.in/) for holiday package which includes voucher and will entitle the customer for 3 Nights and 4 days of accommodation in their listed 3 - 4 star properties around the India. I went through the hotel list and i immediately knew these are not 3/4 star hotels and rejected their offer. They called me back with 3 other hotels and liked one of them. I was planning for Goa holidays starting from 22nd to 25th Aug 2012 and asked them if they can make the arrangements on which they said can be done if i make immediate payment. So with their guidance i went to their website and made the payment online of Rs 6999/- on 8th Aug 2012. Once the payment was done they said they will send me the vouchers on which i have to sign and send them back. I waited for few days and followed with them for vouchers so that i can leave for my holidays as planned. Till date i didn't received any vouchers and also they never made any arrangements for my holidays as promised. I called up and asked for refund on which they said they don''t have any refund policy. I was shocked to hear this as it was not mentioned in any of emails they sent me in initial discussion. I went on their website for cancelling the booking and found some link under customer support section, but those links are dead links. Even office address is missing on website. I searched for feedback on them on websites and found lot of people have been fooled by these people. I need some help here. I want companies likes to be shut down and people running this company to be punished.
