[Resolved]  Tradus — NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT AFTER TAKING MONEY

I purchased a HP printer and three books from Tradus via online shopping on 14th Oct 2010. Without confirming the address they processed my payment and confirm that my order will be delivered on my old address ie Ghaziabad one. On seeing that my payment has been confirmed and order will reach Ghaziabad , I imdt contacted tradus. Their customer care executive told me that order will be delivered on Manipur address but they require a mail from my side for the same. I send them a mail on the same day ie 14 Oct 2010.

After this also, to my surprise first they deliver the books on my ghaziabad address. When i called them up they were not aware of the problem only!!!!!! One of thier customer care executive Mr Lakshya told me that he will come back to me within half an hour with the details. Next 6 hrs no body gave me a call from tradus and when again I ring them up they told me that I have to contact Airways ie courier company which is looking the delivery part of order. I gave a call to Airways and again to my suprise they told me that from tradus side thier is no request for address change!!!! I again gave a call to Tradus and narrate the Airways story to Mr Lakshya and Sandeep.

Lakshya told me that I will get the delivery in next seven days, positively. And today ie 28 Oct 2010, I got a call from Airways tellling that they will be coming to deliver the printer at my GHAZIABAD address!!! I told them that about my problem and I got a quiz winning reply that thier is no address change request from Tradus side.

I gave a ring to Tradus which was attended by Sandeep. In a very unprofessional and rudy manner he told me that he will cancel my order and I will get my money back. I told him that ok, pl send me a mail confirming the same he told me that I will get the mail in next 30 min. The conversation happened at about 1000 hrs and it is more than 3 hrs and I havent received any mail from thier side.

I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience. They are just making money from customer's pockets.

Hi

It is in ref of my order no.-1047402. Till now i havent received my
order and the order is still moving in Delhi as the Airways man called
me up to deliver the printer in ghaziabad only.

I think this is the heights o[censored]nprofesionalism and misbehaviour with
your customer.

I would like to cancel my order with immediate effect. Failure on your
part will lead to a customer care n legal case against your
organisation (incl your ex- Lakshya and Sandeep with whom I was in
correspondance) for failure of delivery after taking payment and
making false promises for delivery.

It's a case of fraud and cheating with customer. I would like to know
that in how much time I will get my money back. Pl send a confirmatory
mail in this regard.

Tradus.com — no delivery of product after taking payment

Tradus.com is highly fraud and unprofessional site. They will never reply your mail and will not deliver your product also. the whole story with all the mail chain ia as follows-

I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience. They are just making money from customer's pockets.

It was stuck at Guwahati due to the communal riots taking place there. However, we had asked our courier partner to arrange for a special delivery by sending one of their personnel to deliver it to you.

I had a similer experience.My transaction ID is 172074.I had ordered 5 VOX mobiles.I found two adopters and a mobile faulty.TRADUS informed me that I should send back the items for replacement.This is happening for about 3 months.I alwys get the reply"A EXECUTIVE HAS BEEN ASSINED AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 48-72 hours.This has never happened.They dont even give the contact no.Now they have totally started neglecting my mail replies.Every new mail sent is replied by an automated "we will return back in 48-72 hrs" reply.When I reply to this mail I dont get any response.I again send a fresh mail with all details I get again an automated mail.BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT MY REPLACEMENT.I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU THAT TADUS AND IN TURN IBIBO>COM WAS FORMED WITH THE SOLE INTENSION OF CHEATING INNOCENT WEB BUYERS OR SUPPLING SUBSTANDARD MATERIALS AND GET THEM BACK IN THE GUISE OF REPLACEMENT.

I placed an purchase order online in tradus.com for refrigerator and paid online for the same and got confirmation from tradus.com and the Order No is 3249686. Now tradus.com is not attending my email's nor refunding my amount.

Its been 2 weeks, I haven’t yet received the delivery. The courier Aramex is terrible. without making any delivery they inform that the address is incorrect / no one availabe at address.

Contacting the aramex on this is waste of time. Their customer service is very rude and ask to reach sender for any request.
