I have purchased a 16 GB pendrive in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India four months back. It is very rarely used and almost a brand new. Now when I insert the pendrive, it is not opening. When I contacted the Shop where it is purchased, they have washed off their hands by giving a service centre address. When I approached the Service Centre at Chennai, TN, India, they have also washed off their hands by saying that it cannot be serviced and nothing can be done. I am really surprised and shocked to here such blunt reply. I have purchased the Pendrive only on brand name TRANSCEND and not due to the shop name or the service centre name. Hence I request you to please help me to get replacement or atleast serviced so that I can use the same. Hope your Company's name is having good standing in the market and attend to my complaint immediately. I am confident you will give due important to this as this devise is very useful to me and I am handicapped with out the same and not afford to buy another one
