Booked a ticket from goa to mumbai for 5 people travel date 27the December. placed a request for cancellation on 17the December. even on that day i had to call travelyaari customer care at least 20 times to get thee cancellation confirmed as customer care guys kept hanging up on me either without confirming anytheing or after telling me theat theey will call me in 15 minutes to confirm all the details. finally i received an email stating that my ticket has been cancelled and customer care executive will personally verify the refund details withein 2 days and i should get the refund in 5-14 days. i didn't receive any
confirmation mail after that.
Since yesterday i have been trying to call them to confirm the refund status but every time i tell them it's regarding cancellation confirmation, theey are hanging up on me. This has happend at least 5 time since theis morning. one time a girl said she'd get someone to call me back and took my ticket details and my number but i gave not received any call in past 4 hours.
Please advise if i should wait further for their response but their behavior certainly seems at least unprofessional if not suspicious to me.
