Yes, I agree. I was also cheated just the same way. I urge each and everyone of you to please post messages everywhere possible. Facebook, Twitter, you own blogs everywhere...
Coz, lets atleast save someone's money. They are so shameless that they even defend themselves on these blogs. They claim that they took our signature only to display the resume and to make the resume.
To do that, why do we need to pay these useless people. We can rather post it free on Monster, Naukri or Timesjobs. I have got much much much more responses by posting resume there.
If there are quite a few of you who feel similarly, lets go to the Consumer Forum. Numbers does matter in a Consumer Forum. Deficiency of Service will surely make them pay our money..

Facts to claim that TRETON is fraud
1. On phone they mention Rs. 900/- only for the year
2. When you go to their shabby office the lady in the cabin says it is Rs. 900/- for one category, i[censored] take for more than one category you have to pay Rs. 700 /-. Like that I was asked to pay Rs. 3750 + 10.3% Service Tax i.e. in Total Rs. 4136/-
3. When enquired that the options were not explained she surprisingly asks me if dint the lady explain on phone.
4. She bluntly asks for Rs. 125/- cash towards card swipe charges.
5. Pushes me to take up resume drafting services. She points at Level II resume for the cost of Rs. 2950/-. I was fine with the level II package - but requested the lady that I shall pay only after the month.
6. I kept getting calls asking for the money.
7. Today I receive a call again for the money claiming that the resume is ready and the cost is Rs. 4900/- and claims that I had chosen Level III in resume rafting. There has been a dispute in every transaction with them. A total shady experience.
PLEASE BE AWAY FROM TRETON AND PEOPLE RUNNING THIS.

What Prasad said is very true that these gyus are trying to make money by attracting job seekers and giving them very rosy pictures. Once you paid your money, they will ask you to do few activities like submitting your CV and a brief write-up about yourself which will appear in their website. Thereafter, you are forgotten and you have to forget your value of money. I am too one of the victim. I registered myself in the month of Sept'10 and till today not a single company called me up in reference with my profile at Treton.com. Better stay away from such people. Sad part is that they compare themselves with other jobsites and claim they are better disciplined than others, but these gyus are worst and if you ask me to rate them in comarison to other sites these guys are not at all comparable. Please take care while approaching such people.
