[Resolved] Trident Promotions-Rajram-Appco-Cobra — Beware Of TRIDENT PROMOTIONS | |||
Hi all... This is the challenge for people who is working in Trident and the GREAT SO CAlled UK return RAJRAM M U!! Can anybody say that -Rajram recruited you by explaining the salary/Commission Structure in the first day?? -Rajram gave you a proper offer letter with proper information? -You got any appointment letter from the company Trident? -Your so called manager have a company website? -Didn't he brain washed you on the first week saying you will become a manager in 1 year (even i[censored] r a PUC or+2!!!)??? -you know whats your worth for rajaram a year? find the calculation below... If you sell one piece you will get Rs.300 Rajram will get Rs.200 say you are selling 8 piece in a week... He will get 200*8=Rs.1600 if you sell for one month He will get 1600*4=Rs.6400 With out doing anything he is looting 6400 of your hard work every month. For that he wont give you leave because his earning will get affected( Selfish person)... i[censored] speak about this salary issue to anybody you will get terminated. (He will get afraid that other people might come to know like whats happening in trident)! More than this you will be brain washed to do a door to door selling sales job even i[censored] r an MBA. He will deduct 30% of your commission saying that its a companies policy...And you will never get that back! Trident is just a proprietor concern where he is the owner. But he claims that its an MNC! you will get a call or email saying your resume is shortlisted. Yes your resume is shortlisted to make you an another BAKKHARA..... You know the worst thing is you are not an EMPLOYEE in Trident,You are an SALES AGENT!!! According to the Indian Penal Code, Sale Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1976 what Mr.Rajram doing is an offense... Can anybody prove that the above things are wrong??? if yes, Mail Me!!! Lakhs of people are wasting their time and money and energy with a BIG Dream....which never comes through... R u one of them? hi...i thk its simply stupidity of the people who can't prove themselves in trident promotion, because i worked personally with rajram before 1.5 yrs and because of some personal reason i left the company, however i'm earning good sal now, because of the training which i received from rajram, trident promotion, so pls don't just mail just like that...kumar rv

MARKETING A PRODUCT IS NOT A SMALL THING& EVEN IF YOU SEE THE MBA'S OF TODAY SCENARIO YOU GET TO KNOW THAT 70% DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SALES & MARKETING?
THEY ARE NOT FORCING PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB WHENEVER YOU WANT YOU CAN LEAVE FROM HERE.BASICALLY THEY ARE LOOKING FOR FRESHERS WHO DON'T HAVE ANY JOB. AT LEAST THEY CAN HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF MARKETING.

Yes I was one of to visit Trident. and trust me i dont believe them. Nothing is clear. i too feel they work liek DSA n make you like a door to door sales person. I was recently been selected i m an MBA. But i quit coz i find they fishy abt the org. n there is no trident associated with Appco. if there is a business atleast the parent company should have something abt it.
any ways. Guys i[censored] think you are worth go and Join good company and dont end up like a sales person n that too like a commission. like this you can even become an company put any name. mk others work. tk profit out of what they make and pay the rest as salary. I wonder how such ppl exploit others.

i dont understand
1) How comes they r openly using the name of appco ? is Appco too a fake company or just another fake site? n if trident is a sub of Appco y there is no proof abt it in the sit?
2) Y there is no Indian Head ? http://www.appcogroup.com/keyplayers/countryheads ??? Nothign abt India n its operation
3) Y there is no info abt the company itself So called Trident ??
4) Y they call u with an attractive salary and they say ull b paid as performance bases ( ie u get paid how much u work) ? they have 2 systems India and Uk. and they will c your performance and pay u.

Thnx a lot everyone for their feedback... i was abt to leave my current job to join this orgn.. thank god.. i was in a dilemma since i was suspicious abt this one by seeing the very poor infra structure and moreover, the name Trident was not mentioned in the Appco group's website... after seeing ur comments, i got my confirmation. i am clear now. i would have lost my career otherwise...thanks everyone..:)
trident sounds like a very big group of companies but actual truth is this trident organisation is in no way linked to trident hotels or trident infotech.which is a big group.this trident has 1)no registered office 2)no website .today i got that rubbish mail as taking fresh grads as managers checked with websites and clarified its just like a sole proprietorship slave firm... definitely ve to take action against tis fraud group .wat r the steps to stop this fradulent activities .give ur opinions
