i had purchased a TVS scooty pep+ fashion series perky pink on 26.10.2008 from Ms trilok sing and company hazratganj lucknow bill no...C00660 book no 14. dated ...26.10.2008.The scooty has some unusual engine/silencer sound and fraction while running.Ms trilok sing and company had refered to us to go to authorised service station(R.K auto service aliganj lucknow)to take up the matter with them on 1st service.But the position remains the same after first service.The vehicle is having the same defect i.e. unusual sound and fraction while moving on road, the authorised dealer/service center could not solve the problem.plz look into the matter and arrange for the solution otherwise i will have no option but to take legal recourse.
