I purchased a new LPG Shakti auto ignition stove of TTK PRESTIGE Limited 0n[protected] from K.Ramanathan & Co. Mylapore, Chennai-600004 on[protected].When it was used it was found that it was defective as black soot was depositing on the burner and the vessels. The flame in the big burner was not blue. When the store was contacted it asked us to contact the Prestige service centre at Baliah Avenue,Mylapore, as given in the guarantee card, on the phone.They instead of attending to the complaint gave another no. in Alwarpet, Chennai. When phoned up, they asked us to contact the above mentioned service centre. When explaining the position, they said they will come and attend,but no address or phone no. was noted down.We voluntarily gave the address etc. Till date[protected] nobody has turned up.Even periodical reminders are falling of deaf years.TTK Prestige seems to have lost its Prestige and is only interested in minting money and not attending to costumers' complaints.Otherwise it will take immediate action to attend to my complaint and dismiss the employees in charge of customer complaints in both the service centers to safeguard its image.Public are cautioned in buying TTK PRESTIGE PRODUCTS in view of the experience above.

Prestige TTK Gas Stove — defective burner
New Gas stove 4 burner glass top purchased on 28th of june.One burner not working properly.Called service centre ,service executive visited home without calling. again called service centre ,no service inspite of repeated complaints
