TTK Prestige/Gas oven — New stove yet 1 burner not working

I have bought a new TTK Prestige 3 burner Galss top just a week back. One of the burner is not working. I called up their Regional service number 33441111 and lodged a complaint for repair for which i was told that there should be a mechanic at my home in 3 days. Since, then there has been no response from them and when i try to reach them again on the same number, i am unable to get through. Request some one from the team to help me in this regard. Thanks.
