Beware of TV Teleshopping cheating

My name is Kavitha and i live in Bangalore. I would like to bring into everyone's notice of TV Teleshopping cheating. i have purchased H2O Mob from TV Teleshopping and they have delivered product taking their own sweet time and for my surprise i got a fake H2OMob machine. I used this product only once and i was not at all happy about the product and it worked only one day. Next time when i tried using it didn’t work and i have raised couple of complaints and requested them to refund my money each time I call them all i get to hear from this fake company and people is sorry for the inconvenience and they put me on hold for 10-15 min and come back and say madam someone from our team will reach you in half an hour. By my luck I got call from one lady and she started saying that our product is very good and we are unnecessarily raising the complaint this great stupid lady thinks that she is the only one who has work and rest of the world is wasting her time after few minutes of the argument she said ok madam we will ask our senior manager to call you but till today no one called and it is almost 1 and half months, each time I call they say someone from their team will call us within 1 hour and nothing happens.

Dear Readers please don’t get excited seeing this kind of product in the TV and buy the product. Suppose if you like the product call the people and take demo and if you are satisfied with the product get this product from your city and if you don’t get that product within or nearby city just let it go then spending money and wasting your time calling this fake people. Our Television channel should stop advertising this kind of product and attract people and make PEOPLE suffer. I am going to write to television channel guys and should reach out to TV 9 who atleast understand customer problem.
