i had purched a ICON G4 MOBILE ON 3RD FEBRUARY 2011 FROM TVC SKY SHOP. I booked it on 2nd february . my system order no is OC2547643 . WITH IN 10 DAYS mobile phone did not work . No incoming calls and outgoing calls possible my phone did not read sim card it was a dual sim phone but not a single sim card functioning my sim is perfectelly ok. i have made several time complaint through thier consumer help line but they did not make a single attempt to repair or replace my mobile phone .
