TVC Sky Shop Online Marketing — PRODUCT IS NOT IN PROPER CONDITION

I have bought Mini Laptop i.e. I-Book from TVC SKY SHOP online Marketing basis, I have received the product and after one month i found that it is not in proper condition. I want to return the product and refund of my money. But they not refund policy and not exchanged the product. It is very small size laptop and not used. Kindly give me suggestion what can i do now?
