[Resolved]  TVC Skyshop / Icon G4 Mobile — Defective product

Well I don't think because I've used it and it gives me an equal feeling as using real iphone its awesome

Prior I was used to changing many phone. But since last 3 months I have purchased icon g4, Oh its awesome and since I've not changed any mobile. I specially like its looks

skyshop, order no.0c2558381, on
19feb.11. Now this mobile is not working from feb.22. I had sent many
complaint but poor responce. complaints no. is below 595319_167, on
feb.23, 2011, and 4604416_167, on, March.07, 2011, to Rahull.and
682889_167, onApril.01, 2011, to Prasahasan. and 822106_167, on April 19,
2011 to Shakher.When i contact to
cust. Care, no responce
there also .If you not replace my mobile in seven days, refund my
amount with 15% intrest else i will file a complaint to consumer court
as . Am protected under tge consumer protection act of 1986. I inform
you that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expences and
you will seek compensation for the mental agany caused due to yours

icon g4 — DEFECTIVE MOBILE

I SHEIKH MOHD SALEEM S.H.O POLICE STATION KANGAN(J&K POLICE) HAVE ORDORED A ICON G4 MOBILE//ORDOR NO-OC2672663//CUSTOMER CODE-C1267002//ORDOR DATE-7.3.2011//DISPATCH NO-OC2672663,SAME HAVE BEEN RECIEVED BY ME ON DATED 5TH JULY 2011 BUT THAT IS DEFECTIVE ONE.SO DIRECT THE CONCERNED DEFECTIVE MOBILE MAY BE EXCHANGED BY ANOTHER ONE IMMEDIATELY.OTHERWISE I WILL USE MEDIA FOR EXPOSE YOUR CHEATING DONE BY YOUR COMPANY.RESPOSIBILITY WILL BE YOURS.

Igon g4 is really nice product. It is very stylish phone. when I use it i feel like using the most stylish phone in whole goa.

Yes and this G4 looks so fantastic with metalic design, And Its touch is so sensitive and easy to use and understand, Its user friendly and icons are cearly given. Hence I never get problem with it.

Even i also agree with Miss Divya. It is a good quality product with multimedia functions. It is just like value for money

tvcskyshop icon g4 — defective piece

i purchased above product from above co.product was defective hence ilodged complaint on customer care.they asked me to send that phone to them by currier on my cost.so i did it.they assured me that they will send me another piece within 7 days but they did not.their customer care no.is not working.i am helpless.

As per my experience it is one of the finest product of TVC with multimedia features and awesome look.
