[Resolved] TVC Skyshop / Merlin 123 — Product not received since two months | |||
Sir/Madam, I had given an order online for Merlin 123 with slicer dicer on 3rd mar 2011 by transferring an amount of Rs.2890/- through SBI net banking. After the transaction neither the order no. is generated nor i got any confirmation mail, SMS or, phone call. The next day I talked to customer care and sent a mail having the following details. Transact. No. : 48427IG43180671 TRANSFERRED TO A/c No. [protected] Since then I have been calling Cust care and all other contact nos regularly (around 20/25 times) and forwarded mail to all their offices (6/7 times), but till now not a single mail reply or, phone call I received. All the time they used to tell to resolve the issue within 2/3 days. I am mentally disturbed because of their ridiculous response. Please help me to get out of this. What do u mean by saying that Mr suresh... i am lying... i am unnecessarily blaming ur favorite company.

i will agree to Mr. suresh I am also an old customer of tvc from 2 yrs. I have got a perfect product from company and till yet i have no problems from it.

I especially like Merlin's powreful style of multiworking. Grinding, Mixing & Juicing all In just single unit. Moreover Its juicer is so unique and easy to use.
Actually u people did not try to understand my problem. Guys, i have not recd the product till now and regularly i ve been talking to the TVC people to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Since then I m begging dem 2 send a mail at least about their initiative. But... u will not believe of their ignorance... really disgusting.
As per my experience TVC SKY SHOP Merlin 123 is a awesome product for kitchen use. I am totally satisfy with the product and service of TVC company. It is a good company in market that we can trust.
Yes even I have used the Merlin123 product of TVC Skyshop and it is very good product in which i do all kind of grinding of my daily use
I am very impressed with this merlin 123 of mine as my wife is very relaxed with her work now
