I am jignesh boda from jamnagar(GUJARAT)i bought a scooty pep+ from PARAJIYA AUTOMOBILES on 15th aug. 2008 on finance, it is good working for 1 month but last 5 days it creats a problem, problem in speed mitter's glass, the glass is invisible i cant see in the mitter, i talk for the matter to change the glass but your managment dealer said me it is on your cost to change the glass and could not give me ans. properly he is sanjay from PARAJIYA AUTOMOBILES, and then i call from your TAMIL NADU Office on this no. +[protected] but they also not answer me properly, so i am not satisfy with your this type of service, so solve my problem as soon as possible. for any detail call me on +[protected] or +[protected] BUT AGAIN I TELLING YOU I AM NOT SATISFY
TVS Scooty Pep+ purchased from your Loyal Motors Pvt. Ltd., Andheri (W) Mumbai on 22.11.2007. My vehicle no. MH-02-BC-9574 within one year, there are so many problems in vehicle. I also keep AMC with your company but under AMC your dealer always cheating with me in various ways. Firstly, the service centre was at Goregaon thereafter it was shifted to other place at Goregaon. Thereafter it was shifted to Bandra. I have to go to Bandra from Borivali for servicing and full day I have to spare for the servicing. How can possible to go from Borivali to Bandra & come back from Bandra to Borivali only for servicing. There are some problem in Scooty from the date of purchase but dealer always give some immeterial answer. There are problem of Fuel indicator, problem of Break etc. These problems remain constant & are not solving smoothly. I asked Mr.Raju Pathak, Manager, TVS Motors Servicing Centre, Bandra regarding Phone no. of your authorised person i.e. executives to whom may I contact. But he has not given the same. Can I go to Media or Press Reporter for the same or elsewhere Political parties. Give me suitable reply.
TVS scooty Pep — PROBLEM IN SCOOTY PEP
8 MONTH AGO I WAS PURCHASED ONE TVS SCOOTY PEP FROM RAVINDER MOTORS BIJOLI JHANSI (UP) BUT AFTER SOME TIME DEALER CLOSED SHOW ROOM, AFTER 800 KM I HAVE PROBLEM IN MY SCOOTY SO WHAT I CAN DO PLEASE SUGGEST. To

Scooty pep+ (Red color) was purchased from Ramkay Agencies, Adayar in the year 2007. Vehicle Details Engine Frame/Chassis no. : MD626BG3172D50797
Engine No.: OG3D72352163 Vehicle Registration No.: TN 2020AS 8421
The vehicle is being regularly serviced and maintained in good condition apart from that the vehicle is being serviced usually in reputed TVS Service center’s only i.e. Good will TVS and SVS TVS service centre, Ambattur. Check service record.
My wife was driving this vehicle on road towards (JGVV) Jai Gopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya in Avadi on 24.03.2012. When she was crossing Avadi bus stand, smoke started coming out under the seat from the engine compartment, immediately she switched off the engine and got down from the vehicle. Even then fire started coming out from the engine heavily, exactly near the battery area and coil side. Public nearby controlled the fire by throughing mud. By gods grace my wife got down and moved away from the vehicle and escaped miraculously, even then my wife saree got punctured by three holes, luckily without knowing herself automatically fire got suppressed in her saree. See after effect of fire and the vehicle condition is shown in below photographs.
Then the vehicle was thoroughly investigated by TVS service center i.e. VIJAY Motors, Avadi and told that it may be due to coil or battery short. Though the vehicle was maintained in good condition this should not happen at any cause.
Damaged items are listed below it can not be claimed from insurance since the damaged items are not covered under insurance (United India Insurance – Insurance is under live up to May 2012). You are requested to replace the damaged items with new one. Prize of the items may please be waived to me.
1. Side panel Top RH -1 No.
2. Cover spark plug -1 No.
3. Utility box -1 No.
4. Regulator -1 No.
5. Battery assembly -1 No.
6. Wiring kit -1 No.
7. Ignition coil -1 No.
8. Combined CDI -1 No. & + Labour charge .
Please look in to this matter very seriously and make vehicles design such that it should not happen in future by way of implementing tamper/pool proof and ruggedness in future productions.

tvs pep scooty — starting problem
I HAVE PURCHASED TVS PEP ON MAY 2011.SINCE THEN IT IS GIVING LOT OF PROBLEM.THAT IS WHEN THERE IS RAIN THE VEHICLE IS STPPED AT EVERY 100 FEET DISTANCE AND THE SELF STARTER WILL NOT WORK.FOR EVERY 100 FEET DISTANCE IT IS TO BE KICK STARTED.THE SERVICE PERSONNEL NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.HENCE I REQUEST TO DELIVER NEW SCOOTER OR GET IT REPAIRED.THANKS

I am an employee of ibm daksh, and i recently placed an order for scooty pep from century automobiles bhandarkar road pune .
I paid THE ENTIRE AMOUNT(Rs 39636) by cheque. All i wanted to know was why am i not being given any kind of a discount on the product. I would like an explanation from ur end . From the customers point of view i stongly think that you should consider giving accesories for free or a considerable amount of a discount like other companies do.
