Respected sir,
this application is in the reference to my vechile TV.S scooty PEP(black colour) and no. is KA04EP7662 was parceled from SBC(banglore) on 27/11/2011 to CNB(kanpur central)but on30/11/2011 we did'nt recived.then i reported to N.R.cell (Mr. Mathur).He told me that your parcel has gone to Gorakhpur .On 1/12/201 N.R.cell (Mr.Akhtar) told me that my parcel is still in Gorakhpur and told me that it will be delivered tommorow by chaurichura.Next day again we went to station and again enquire about our parcel to N.R.cell and parcel department( Mr.Srivastava) has written in my bilty on 2/12/2011 that the parcel is not recieved in shed.On 5/12/2011 N.R.cell( Mr.Mathur) told me on cell that my parcel went to TRIVANDRAM side by Raptisagar Train on 1/12/2011,this information was given to Mr.Mathur by N.R.CELL Gorakhpur.(Rs.1545 is already paid by me) as stated above in bilty no. dt.27/11/2011.
From last week i am daily going to station regarding my parcel wasting my time and money.It's my humble request to you,kindly help me out regarding this problem and try to sort out this problem.And as soon as you get the information about my parcel kindly inform me on the contact no.given in application.
