.Purchased TVS NEW "WEGO "Two wheeler from Selvam Motors Who are sub Dealer to Vijai Motors Chennai.on 19.1.11.On the start itself there was some sound in the front bumber.the mechanic who attended told that he has set right the fault. but the defect still persists.I called the help desk of the company at Hosur on 24th Jan and I was promised remedial action within reasonable time.Since there was no action I again contacted the factory at Hosur through their Toll free telephone on 2nd February.This time the man on duty obtained my cell number EMail ID and all other data from me and promised action within 24 Hours.But alas not even a reply is received. My problem now is I am very much worried about the defect.But my grand children are laughing at me for going in for a failure model of the TVS at my age of 66.Will any one take my case to any appropriate forum S.Renganathan.[protected] Was this information helpful? |
