Tvteleshopping — BROKEN Product Delivered | |||
Hello, I am Tushar Mane, I have a complaint against TVTeleShopping. I ordered 2 NicerDicer from the TVTeleshopping Website on 30 September 2011, I got delivery on 10 October 2011, were I received a Duplicate SKW's Dicer and other in Broken Condition, when I contacted TVTeleshopping corporate office on the number[protected] I was suggested to send back the broken products back to Delhi office which I did at my own cost of Rs 400. Later I got the re-delivery of the product on 08 November 2011, but again this time both the products are broken, when I am trying to reach a manager for forwarding my complaint just no help from the staff (Sakshi, Naz, Waqar), always a answer from them that "No manager is available right now (or at anytime)".
