Dear Sir,

I Mrs. Sonia Grant residing at No 41/2 Agharam St. Chintadripet, Chennai - 600 002. purchased a Two Wheeler (Scooty Pep) from your concern my loan Ref No: LTCHE[protected] I have payed all the dues till date but i have not yet received the R.C.Book as yet im trying to get in touch with the bank but there is no proper response they keep telling me they will let me know but now it as been almost 4yrs since i have purchased the vehicle and up till date i have not yet received the original R.C.Book. I sincerely request u to the needful in this regard and help me receive the document at the earliest.....Thanks and hope to be obliged.
