Ubislate 7+Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd - Non delivery of product and non responsive

Very surprising, these guys accept orders on their website and seems never deliver the tablet.
I booked their UbiSlate7+ in the last week of March. As per the instructions on their website, If one sends the cheque in advance, gets preference in delivery with free shipping. So, I sent them the cheque of full amount. Their cheque got cleared from my bank on 7th April and since then, I had emailed them multiple times, filled the contact us form on their website, tried reaching their toll free number but no response at all.
Now I see someone selling this same tablet on ebay with delivery within 10 days.
Seems these guys are just taking consumers for a ride. Complete irresponsible and unprofessional.

I HAVE ALSO BOOKS UBI SLATE IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 11 AND PAYMENT MADE IN ADVANCE AND SAME HAS BEEN CLEARED ON 1/2/2012 FROM MY ACCOUNT

ON MAIL BY ME TO DATAWIND IN APRIL 12, I HAVE RECD ONE MAIL ON 20 TH APRIL 12 STATING THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TABLET WITHIN 24 TH APRIL 12 TO 7 TH MAY 12, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD THE SAME AND NOT RECD ANY REPLY FROM THEM OVER PHONE OR MAIL .

I THINK THIS IS FRAUD CO AND ALL SHOULD SUE HIM
