Ucb Watch — MGINGER GIVING TOYS INSTEAD OF ACTUAL WATCH

I have purchased one UCB Watch through online from Mginger.com. I have paid Rs.600 for the same. But after two months its in a dead mode. None of its key has not been working. And another speciality of this watch is its colour/painting has been removing . At the same time i come to understand that its just a toy type watch.

I have contacted the Ginger authorities over phone and informed them regarding the issue. As per them i have to suffer the issue my self as they have clearly mentioned in their terms that they couldnt repair / replace the product after 3 days of purchase. Its a real type of Fraud activity. If i have purchased a Titan type branded watch by giving Rs.600 i should get even for 6 months to one year warranty or guarantee. And they also said that i have to contact United Colors of Benetton's company for solving the issue. I have contacted them also and as per them they said that i have to contact the online company itself for the same.

PLEASE BEWARE OF MGINGER TYPE FRAUD COMPANY . DONT BE A VICTIM OF THESE TYPE OF FRAUD ACTIVITIY FROM THEIR TEAM.

I have complete documents of my purchase and order. I am also moving for Consumer Court against these frauds shortly.
