UHBVN is not willing to give head to any of the complaints of electricity theft despite of registration at the number given on its portal. I complained in Hissar office about the theft by the owner of house No.967, Sector 9 Bahadurgarh the number of complaint is 3853 but as usual, there was no action. The owner of house is by-passing the meter and enjoying the free electricity from about one year while constructing a house. He has some links with local sub-division office, who have assured him of no worry and enjoy whereas, we are prone of electricity fluctuation. I think/ do not much hope that the Nigam would take any action against the defaulter as they(the employees/officers of Nigam) understand the language of money only either it is for bad work or good work.

Poor customer care services by UHBVN and Mr. Jaswinder Singh replied email very rudely and didn't resolve the query after so many reminder emails.
Very poor customer care services and have ZERO knowledge about their tasks & duties. They just have same statement to say all the time but have NO SOLUTIONS for any issue.

Payment collection date fixed nearly 3-4 days, if anybody fills cheque with first date and due to any reason he cannot deposit the cheque on same date, the persons collecting bill payment has refuse to accept that cheque on next date saying that date mentioned on cheque is one days back, make it current date to accept it.
I think it is very interesting matter and concerned official o[censored]HBVN Ltd. should take action on the matter by directing clearly to accept cheque having date upto of last 6 months.
