Please let me know the actual tenure of swimming pool for swimming which is fee be taken for three months Rs.300/- . I was taken membership on 12 May, 2011, as per this date my tenure should be close on 11th August, 2011. But gatekeeper is not allowing me to swim. He says that your membership has end. While my membership will be end on 11th August, 2011.
Kindly instruct to them and allow me to avail facility in swimming pool upto 11th August 2011.
