Sr. Diplomat Mr. Todd Spencer arrived India(N.Delhi) on 4.2.2011 with a cheque for One Million UK Pounds as prize I won sent to me by Mr. Rev. Mark David, Coordinator of British Mobile lottery under his Email Id.[protected]@live.com. I paid him Customs Clearance Charges and Conversion charges, he said he deposited it in RBI New Delhi by opening current account for which he gave me account No./Customer id/Password all correct, and also helped me transfer the money (e-transfer), but the same could not be transfered due to payment of lottery tax about 36 lakhs. I enquired from RBI New Delhi under the Right to Information Act, 2005 , they replied no such money was deposited. Your Diplomat is as Fraud. It is surprising that UK Nationals/Diplomats are engaging In India in unscrupulous activities/cheating businges. under the UK Flag.
