I puchased 110 bags of Cement from a Dealer in bhiwani but i found there is no W/M/Y stamp on Bags. hows this can be found it is original or not

I am using Ultra Tech cement in my under construction building. last and previous purchase i have made with M/s UJJAWAL IRON & CEMENT STORE, new bye pass road, Patna.
Before 2 days before, when labour have open the yellow colour bag i found black colour cement is having in this back, subsequently another bag opend and found same colour cement is having there, regarding this i have verbally complain to Ujjawal iron owner, they told me ULTRATECH people along with me will come to your site to check this. but till today no body have came down to my site. What I do? To whome to contact regarding this complain.

I also talked to Mr. Aman (Marketing Officer) but no action has been taken. Therefore you are kindly requested to take necessary action to stop this practice.
